African-American artist Skyler Grey began his art career on the streets of Los Angeles, California. Better known by his alias, “The Fresh Prince of Street Art,” he is regarded as a Pop-meets-graffiti art prodigy. His works reimagine celebrities, cartoon characters, and iconic luxury symbols from Mickey Mouse to Chanel in vibrant imagery. The endearing character of the “Fat Albert" television series, portrayed in this colorful painting, is one of his favorites from lots of DVD watching as a child.
