Our purpose

Smile Gallery is a contemporary art platform dedicated to thoughtful curation, cultural dialogue, and philanthropic purpose. Founded in 2013, the gallery was established with the vision of creating a space where art, community, and care intersect.

We present and collaborate with emerging and established artists whose work reflects intention, identity, and contemporary cultural relevance. Through exhibitions, strategic placement, and collector engagement, Smile Gallery fosters meaningful relationships between artists and patrons while contributing to a broader social mission.

At Smile Gallery, collecting art is more than acquisition, it is participation in impact.

Our mission

Our mission is to curate and position exceptional contemporary art while generating tangible social good. By integrating philanthropy into our exhibition model, we ensure that creativity and community care evolve together.

Through exhibitions, fundraising events, and private placements, a portion of proceeds supports charitable dental initiatives, expanding access to essential oral healthcare for underserved communities.

We believe that culture shapes communities — and communities deserve care.

Our founder

Smile Gallery was founded in 2013 by Dr. Lee Gause DDS, a celebrity dentist, art collector, and philanthropist whose dual passions for contemporary art and community healthcare inspired a distinctive model of cultural philanthropy.

Recognizing the transformative power of both creative expression and access to healthcare, Dr. Gause established Smile Gallery as a platform that supports artists while advancing charitable dental initiatives. His vision positioned the gallery not simply as an exhibition space, but as a bridge between culture and care.

Under his leadership, Smile Gallery continues to cultivate artistic excellence while expanding its philanthropic impact.
