Lifestyle brand Round21 partnered with the Keith Haring Foundation to create this special edition art-themed basketball (with display box) as a collector’s item. Made from premium composite leather, the ball features details from Haring’s 1988 “Tokyo Fabric” which is adorned his widely-recognized faceless figures illustrated in thick black line and bright colors. His Pop Art characters are known for their dynamic poses that at first look quite simple. However, Haring adds symbolic meanings in his art tied to contemporary social issues, activism, and the human experience as he saw it in his tragically short life.
